Bookings and requests

When online payment is not available for your booking, your reservation is a request: it becomes a confirmed booking only once we confirm availability and price to you in writing (email or WhatsApp).

When online payment is available, your booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been successfully received. Each booking receives a unique reference.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of booking and include the services listed for the selected package. Any balance due is indicated in your booking summary and confirmation.

Weather and safety

All flights depend on weather conditions. The final decision to fly is taken by the pilot on the morning of the flight, in the interest of passenger safety. Flight paths, duration in the air and landing sites vary with the wind and cannot be guaranteed. Views of the Atlas Mountains depend on visibility.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must follow crew safety instructions at all times, inform us when booking of any medical condition, pregnancy or reduced mobility, and be ready at the confirmed pickup time. Our team may refuse boarding to any person whose condition or behaviour could endanger themselves or others.

Children

Conditions for children are confirmed by our team at the time of booking. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably with our team.
